To get the most out of reddit, you need to create an account. Then, remove most (if not all) of the overly popular default subs and subscribe to the good subreddits (as long as its not another extension of fedora-wearing circlejerkers).
As long as the game works on release, (inevitable server load issue aside) I really don't mind the game being delayed 2 months.
GTA4 port was completely unplayable until an entire year's worth of patches.
Courier pack mod is a must. Allows you to pick up packages in missions which in turn gives you better chance at getting mods.
Honestly, I would get all the DLC except the last two since they're each $1.25-$1.75 (so maybe $12 total)
