Wattage of 3 Pin Fan Headers on Mobo?

It all depends on the mb design, the Abit and some others designed for oc'ing are rated higher than some of those oem type mb headers......... you will have to check each mb's specifications.

Did a stab job on my mobo while installing heatsink.. comp acting weird

I did the same thing once with needle-nose pliers, and killed the integrated video (no agp slot) on my brand new mb. It's always best to place something (like a business card) next to your zif-socket, under the retaining clip of the hsf, just to provide some protection when this sort of thing...

Monitor image "shakes"...what could be the causes?

Try a different video card with your system, or try a different monitor, and see if the problem persists. I had an older Toshiba Infinia desktop pc and monitor that did the same thing, I would turn off the monitor and then turn it back on and the shaking would usually quit. Never did know the...

Rattling noise from my computer's case?

Could be that one of your fans' is going south on you ....... chipset fans are the usual culprits. Cpu/heatsink fan can also go bad, causing more vibration and noise, check your graphics card too if it has a small fan.

What case is this?

I just happen to have one of those beauty's myself, they are available in Beige (W) or Black at : Directron.com Very nice case, takes a 120mm fan up front and a 90mm in the rear, plus nice plastic fan duct to cpu area.
