ISO mounting was actually introduced with Windows 8. So it can't have been all bad. Anyway, thanks MS for an OS that has spyware, malware and a botnet built right in. Saves a lot of hassle.

Hmm, hard to say. I've heard dinosaurs like Brontosaurus, Diplodocus etc. were the most efficient eating machines in terms of food to bodymass ratio ever. A blue whale though is even bigger and they are carnivores (although they only eat very small animals and don't really have to hunt for them...

I guess you found out by now, but to be clear: those are all the different temp sensors in your system. If you click the + it shows all the fans in your system (empty headers too) allowing you to choose which fans should be adjusted based on that temp sensor. Aux = auxiliary, usually not used...

Need help choosing fans and controlling them.

Those Noctua 3000rpm 140mm fans can go down to only 800rpm. That will not be quiet. I don't think the 3000rpm fans will let you overclock further either. There's a very high chance you'll be hitting top frequency anyway using those 2000rpm fans. The great thing about all those efficiency...
