Staples is selling the Artec/Atronix e+48U scanner that it used to have for $15 AR for $19.90 with no rebate (clearance). It's also USB powered and has 48 bit color, etc. It has gotten mixed reviews but people seem to feel it's good enough for rebate scans and the like...
