    Sounds like you have the same problem I do...My Sapphire X800XT AGP refuses to boot windows with the cataylst drivers installed. It works fine until I install the drivers, then it freezes, or refuses to load windows at the next boot. It detects/can boot into bios and windows without cataylst...
