Removed throttle body. Behind it, there's WATER in my engine?! (PIC)

and pour it in slowly or you run the risk of hydrolocking your engine. Pour only 1/2 to 2/3 of the bottle and let it sit for 30min or an hour (the longer the better). Car may have trouble turning on at first. Rev the engine and hope no one in the area calls the fire department :D

Removed throttle body. Behind it, there's WATER in my engine?! (PIC)

You are asking someone, who noticed his Original spark plugs had no ground electrode left and put it back in the engine instead of replacing it and then drove it for another 75K miles, to perform these tests. I think it has reached a point where it costs more to fix the car than what it's worth.

+1. At the very least, replace ALL spark plugs with platinum ones and a new set of wires, should run you around $50. Also change the pcv valve. Then drive it until it dies.. I understand you don't want to throw money at it, but sometimes it's necessary. And if that's the case, don't...

Why does a sparkplug work in my car w/the tip missing?!

The iridium may be rated for 100k but that's under normal conditions and from the looks of it, your engine is far from running normal. I would replace all the sparkplugs with platinum ones, not iridium and new wire set... I don't think I've seen anyone recommend not changing all of them at...

Did you change the spark plugs and wires? I would strongly suggest you doing that since it seems they were never changed lol.

Stopped at red light, engine almost stalls (*Update* LOTS of carbon in throttle body)

Looks like a good product, but it does the same thing as seafoam but costs 3x more.

Why does a sparkplug work in my car w/the tip missing?!

The computer most likely is adjusting the voltage for that plug and probably causing the carbon build up. Eventually the plug was going to completely fail and then you would notice the loss of performance. Run seafoam to clean your engine like...

Stopped at red light, engine almost stalls (*Update* LOTS of carbon in throttle body)

You may be right, but doesn't hurt to look. If it doesn't, I would have the brake booster hose suck some sea foam, let it sit, and Rev the heck out of that engine to remove the carbon build up inside. If it's really dirty, A LOT of smoke will come out of the exhaust. Just make sure to...

Stopped at red light, engine almost stalls (*Update* LOTS of carbon in throttle body)

Check your idle air control valve, and clean it if it's dirty. You may have to Google where it is in your car, usually is near the throttle body. If it's dirty clean it with throttle body cleaner.

Stopped at red light, engine almost stalls (*Update* LOTS of carbon in throttle body)

Next time before changing the oil, check the oil level by looking at the dip stick. if the car is burning excessive oil, it will be by the low level line or maybe even lower.

Stopped at red light, engine almost stalls (*Update* LOTS of carbon in throttle body)

Engine sputtering usually happens after cleaning the throttle body because liquid may have gone inside. That usually clears up after the 2nd or 3rd time you turn the car. If the throttle body was as dirty as you said, you may take apart the throttle body and do some further cleaning. Usually...

Stopped at red light, engine almost stalls (*Update* LOTS of carbon in throttle body)

I've used maf cleaner as well and it did the job. When you put everything back together, the engine may have trouble starting, might be because of the excess liquid that may have gone in while cleaning, Rev the engine a couple times and it should smooth out after a couple seconds.

Stopped at red light, engine almost stalls (*Update* LOTS of carbon in throttle body)

This. Had a similar issue with my 4runner - turned out to be carbon buildup inside the throttle body (~100K miles). Got a can of throttle body cleaner, old toothbrush and a clean rag. Cleaned it real good, truck ran like new again. Process takes no more than 10min.
