I agree with most of the above, except the part about spec on Cat 5. You can easily run 1000BaseT Gigabit on Cat5. I've never had an issue over very long runs with Cat5, so I would just try to use that as the base cable. It's pretty straight forward to convert that punchdown to LAN from Telco...

Not that it matters for impeachment but yeah there was a quid pro quo- per Mulvaney.

I think this is explicitly illegal...For a federal employee to profit or make personal gain from their office...I mean even outside of emoluments. I heard the announcement from mick and was just amazed. The justification that they are "doing this for cost" so there would be no profit...really...

Sorry, but if you exercise the right to own guns then you accept the responsibility that comes along with it. Too often tragedy comes from a "responsible" owner not being responsible. I'm good with charging someone for not being careful with their weapons.

I would much rather the govt focus on cable/ISP provider side of the equation. I'm living in an area where I have 1 choice and it's bad. well, 2 if you count DSL which is useless. The cable companies are just living the high life. charging huge rates to cover their losses on video content...

Isn't this a violation of the flag code? I'm not 100% on the code section, but doesn't it require that the flag not be used for merchandising and on clothing etc. Shoes would be a good example since they get stepped on. shouldn't there be some patriotic outrage over the flag code violations?

I need a general purpose kitchen knife

I always check out either 1) restaurant supply companies. they have good solid stuff for not that much. or 2) clearance items at kitchen stores. Lots of great knives get discontinued and go on great sales. In my experience cheap knives don't last and don't do the job. but I love knives.
