Starting a power supply without a motherboard.....

If the PSU has any fan leads, try hooking up a fan to it so it has a current draw. Just make sure it isn't a super high speed fan if its not secured to something.

1T, 2T... difference?

Asus boards have a protection feature where if you mess up the BIOS settings to the point where the computer can't boot (especially MHz and memory settings that are too high) it will sound an alarm and go right back to the BIOS.

Radeon 9600XT to 9800Pro Upgrade?

Hmmmm...sweet. Didn't know you could mod the 9800SE that way. Any downside to that? Like it only works on some cards or there's a chance of something going wrong? Also, any chance the 6600GT AGP version will be below $200 any time soon (once its released, of course)? I know its worth the...
