PNY 8800GT RMA

I can say truthfully that I did not OC the card. I did, as you said, try to extend the life of the card by installing the Accelero. If RMAing doesn't pan out, I'll have to take it up with AMEX by citing PNY's end-of-life clause in the warranty.

Accelero S1 REV 2 Install and test on 8800GT

I have the same problem with my card. There's a few mm gap between the mounting arms and the PCB.

Bad Antec P182 reviews floating around online

I have the P182 and I really have nothing to complain about. The fans are quiet at low speed. The side panels are sound dampened. It's spacious. I can route my cables behind the mobo. I'm not sure why people are complaining :P
