Critique my Resume...

Just to re-iterate, I am looking for help on the wording, layout and flow of the CV. How can I improve the Objective, Fuctional Summary and the points that I have put in for each position? Should I put in more points in for my most current position? Do I need to use more 'Posistive Nouns'?
