Anyone waiting on Windows 7 phones?

The customizability is the one thing that kept me going with the HD2. I hate the fact I can't go into an app market and find some cheap .99 game. And the lagging issue with Sense sms is driving me bonker. Still love my phone though.

Update: Bought it. Played with a Droid X today. Decision time.

best phone for handling different media types.

If you're stuck on ATT, iphone 4 is your best route.

I love how some of you are spinning it into a "BUT Android was a success". Noone argue that fact. From the 4th post of this thread, I simply said the Nexus One was a marketing disaster. Can you argue that it wasn't a marketing disater ??

Err....where did I say Android was a failure ?? I said the way Google marketed the N1 was a failure. Did you forget that HTC makes the N1 ? And they produced 2 more phones that was almost idential in the Desire and Incredible. Yeah, I'm pretty sure Google put alot of R&D effort in producing...

Actually the comparison isn't silly at all. LG took what was the best processor at the time, the snapdragon, put it in a boring phone and it didn't sell. Where HTC took a powerful processor and put it into compelling phones that sold like hotcakes. LG phones are unimaginative and boring.

Theres no point in argueing with people if something is ugly or not. If you think they look fine, be it. Theres a reason why LG phones don't sell well. Boring.

Update: Bought it. Played with a Droid X today. Decision time.

For some reason, the design of the HD2 kind of ruin it for me with other phones. The Droid X has the best specs right now but the big bezel at the bottom and the hump just rub me the wrong way. Most people don't care but it absolutely drives me nuts.

The HD2 had a big defeciency called Winmo 6.5 too but it sold like hotcakes cause it was such a gorgeous phone. Having a restrictive screen is part of the design. As I was saying before, aesthetic and design has everything to do with a phone and LG really suck at it.

Thats great, I'm pretty sure LG loves comsumers like you. Thats why when HTC released smartphones with the Snapdragon proccessors for T-mobile(HD2), Verizon(Incredible), and Sprint(EVO), they all sold out. And LG release its Snapdragon for ATT, the Expo, that phone sunk into oblivion...

Sorry, but LG makes some of the ugliest looking phones. Those phones look big, clunky with alot of bezels. For a company that as big as LG and been in the cell phone business as long as they have, they really do suck at making phones. I can't remembered tha last time I've seen a LG phone and...
