mint 11 game doesnt see cd/dvd drive

hm-m ... what first comes to mind is that you did not tell wine which disks to "see" (i.e., to mount). Just make sure in wine configuration to tell it to "see" your CD/DVD drive. A nice alternative that I often use -- rip an ISO image of the CD/DVD, mount it on, say, /home/allanon1965/ISO...

lm-sensors: match up reported temps to physical stuff on the board

I've got LP DK P45-T2RS PLUS and problem similar to graysky's -- how do I map all those inX and tempX to physical devices? /etc/sensors.conf does not have a mapping for it8718-isa-0290 ... I figured which fan is what by simply disconnecting fans one by one, but with temps and voltages there's no...

How cool? Most of the memory I used recently (including some 2.20-2.25V sticks) was the same temp as the plastic of a PCI slot. Not these sticks. They are running at about 15-20C above the ambient temp .... you can still hold your finger on one (continuously), but if they ran 5-10C degrees...
