Vsync input lag/vsync stuck on

VSync is forced on in the game, even if you untick the VSync option in the launcher and even if you try to force VSync off in your graphics CP. To disable VSync you need to change the iPresentinterval=1 line in Fallout.ini My Documents\My Games\Fallout3

Tryed diff drivers, all of the pci slots, and even softmodded drivers (Audigy to X-fi) but it just wont go away. I just removed my audigy, getting sick of this noise. BTW i just clocked my E6600 to FSB 280 Its running fine, dint go any higher yet. and DRAM:FSB its still at 1:1...

How come my system get unstable when i set my ram in DDR2 667 mode, I get a very low frame rate, couple sec freezes and or complete freezes. Do i also need to adjust timings and other DDR related options manually? I left them @ auto, since i dont know much about this. I was looking for my...

I decided to remove my Audigy 2 platinum, and use onboard sound. So far no freezes, with 1.5 hours of pes 2008 gameplay. Gonna experiment some more to see if my audigy is causing these problems, Looks good so far tho, and no more crackling sound. Il post results later.
