Great to see you guys again! My current collection is a Tbird 1.2, a 1.6 Semperon, and a 2Ghz dual-core HP. Not exactly the firepower that I used to have, but could crank a few cycles. I'll have to do some reading about what's available these days. I haven't really even thought about DC...

Perhaps this could all be settled diplomatically. My observations: Mods don't like meaningless crap threads, and I can't blame them. "Nef" threads per se, are almost always meaningless crap, except that we were using this one as an "anything goes" have some fun sorta thing... so...

Same way telling jokes "around the water cooler" is. Sure this is DC - but it's a group and a "family" unto itself. I wouldn't go to OT if it were the last forum on earth. I don't know anyone over there, and don't care to. If this forum were strictly about DC, and nothing else - it'd suck...

I must admit after having ventured over to (gag, choke, retch) OT - I was quite surprised to find This nef thread with nearly 6000 posts. What's with that crap? Our little tiny 700 post thread gets nuked, while this grotesque waste of bandwidth lives? I actually think that pretty-much...
