argh, i misread the topic and thought it said "Free Guiness". i guess i'm trigger happy on hot deals for beer. as far as bottle openers, i've got enough of those, but thanks Tri for the deal.

80GB HD ...................$99 at CompUSA

picked up 2 of these yesterday at the Perimeter store in Atlanta. they were stacked on top of the shelf where the regular HDs are, so don't give up. they were stacked 2 high and 2 wide, but i couldn't tell how deep they were since they were up so high. i'm 6'0" and had to have help getting them...

BestBuy is substituting the T2:Judgment Day DVD featured in their Sunday Ad with Ultimate Edition DVD (priced at $20). F

This post is the original that pargoff was referring to. plus, people talked about getting the ultimate in the thread about the regular edition for $4.99. not to knock you posting this, it's still a good deal. glad to hear that you got in on it, the Ultimate Edition is excellent.

<< i can understand about the rebate thing.. but the way they count coupons in the net price of pricematch.. that's just simply not right. because if that's what happening, i can just not use the coupon and still get the money deducted for price matching. for example... buying from staples...

are you guys grown up? this is a most retarded move on everyone's part. i for one am glad for dell's free shipping, frequent 10% and 20% off sales, and (in general) good customer support. i've been getting good deals from them from my first computer (a PPro200, SCSI, 64MB, only $4000!) to a 15"...

when printing/saving a pdf file that opens in your browser, you have to make sure and use the Print and Save buttons on the Adobe toolbar which appears for pdf files. otherwise you "save" or "print" all the html on the page, and there isn't any.

Lowest Gas Prices!!

wow, i live within 10 miles of the cheapest gas in the US, in northern Atlanta. i may have to stop by soon. and of course, i'll be buying 91 octane since that's what owner's manual for my Jetta 1.8T reccomends. ;)

exact same thing here. they told me just to refuse shipment, rather than having to ship it back. you'll get billed, but after they get it back you'll get refunded. i never thought i'd become one of those Hot Deals whiners, but this is bait-and-switch. i was on the phone with one of the managers...
