Well, I don't own a 1700, so I wouldn't be able to say definitively, but a cursory look at reviews seems to indicate that 3.2GHz is the standard all-core turbo frequency for that CPU.

Quick question about the billion versions of Visual C++

Hey guys, Getting a new PC ready for use, and I tried to run the Unigine Valley benchmark on it, but it complains about missing a certain dll, which appears to be from one of the versions of Visual C++ (probably 2010.) I'm on a fresh install of Windows 10, and it comes with 2012, 2013 and 2015...
