Unusually Slow POST Screen

THE SHORT: After restarting my computer to induce changes after "new hardware was installed" even though I didn't attach any new devices, upon startup, my computer stalls at the POST screen for roughly 10 minutes. It loads up the processor information (which is within the first few lines)...

Computer Randomly Restarting in Software

The power supply is supposed to be very high quality... It's a PCP&C 510SLI and cost a good $230 or so. I don't know what Memtest/Prime95 refers to, could you elaborate? Thank you so much for responding by the way!
