Your voltages all look fine to me, though a decent digital multimeter could put your doubts to rest. The -12 isn't used by your system at all, so don't worry about that. As for your issue, are you overclocking? If not, check all your connections. Also, disable all the windows power options...

Practical Benefits of Overclocking

I see alot of synthetic benchmarks there and no reasonable game scores (Read: Games that people actually play at reasonable resolutions). I'm not going to say that overclocking doesn't provide real world results. It certainly does. But for the average gamer it isn't going to make any difference...

Best case in terms of cooling for SLI?

I've heard good things about that case. Definately good airflow. Coolermaster Stacker is another solid choice.

CORSAIR XMS 512 TWINX3200XLPT

Usually TCCD chips are rated 2-2-2-5. So yes, i'd say you have TCCD memory. I don't know the PCB but really just enjoy your memory and don't fret over what the memory nuts feel is important. Your Corsair memory is just fine.

A 64 with PC 3200 RAM: A waste?

Your 2 512MB sticks will work just fine. I would not recommend installing the PC2700 stick though. Even if you want to overclock your processor it willl work as you can select a memory devider to keep your memory at PC3200 speeds. Dual channel memory is nothing more than a marketing gimick...

Is G. Skill ram any good?

G.skill uses Samsung TCCD memory chips. TCCD are best used as high HTT(FSB) with loose RAM timings. CAS has very little effect on performance, 2, 2.5, 3 are all fine (use the lowest you can get away with and still have stability of course). Anyway, yes. G.skill with TCCD does seem to overclock...

To Socket 939 or not to....

Just stick with what you have. Overclocking isn't going to make or break your system anyway. Remember this experience next time you upgrade your computer. It pays to do some research before buying.
