Thanx for the reply. So maybe some kind of filtered power conditioner would work? Hell, if I'm gonna waste the money on that, I'd probably be better off just tearing my house apart and locate my M-Audio card. That thing was dead quiet. The drivers for those cards leave a lot to be desired...

Help please Bios update problem!

Since you're running Vista, set the BIOS to boot to CD-rom, and boot to the setup screen. Click next then click Repair computer. Should take care of it.

Success!!! Gigabyte GA-MA790FX-DS5 works with Phenom 2

2x2gB gSkill DDR2-1066. I have no intention of selling the X2. My kids have a 4400+ X2 in their machine. I'll probably give the 6000+ X2 to them.
