I upgraded my BIOS from 1008 to 1014. Everything is stable.
I would go all out before RMAing: move the BIOS jumpers to clear the BIOS, replace your board's battery 2032 (I think), and reboot. You will have to go in to your BIOS on boot and reset everything.
