My computer isnt allowing me to flash my 5900 to a 5950u

you need to use the command nvflash -5 -6 bios.rom that will bypass the error message

Kingston HyperX PC3500 - 2.6v version is CRAP !!

I got the same memory today took the heatspread off and its Winbond chips CH5 . I am running at 224mhz thats about all i can get out of it right now.

You should be able to look in Nero and under the Choose Recorder menu it should show the firmware rev.

Woohoo I got one too, I called in, and the lady looked at the website and gave me the 239 price, and I found a valid $50 off $200 so it came to $205 with tax, and then I will file for the rebate.

Well i went to Best buy and almost had it out the door, then the supervisor cam by and said that I couldnt get the deal cause I didnt have a current Ad, and the price wasnt current anymore. They told me I had to use a current ad, i wonder about using th eraincheck at fry's think they would but...

well I called my local Sears (fort worth,tx) and the girl said they would pricematch, well when i went there she had asked her Mgr. and he said no becuase it wasn't a current special. So i am going to try Best Buy and CC. Any other experiences please let me know.
