WMP54G Won't Work With My New Comp.

WMP54G Card made by Linksys My old computer (the one im posting with) uses v4.0 but when i dload the driver from linksys it gives me v 4.3 and i tried all 4 drivers already =[

Forgot to list my mobo which is a 671T-M by Asus Someone told me some mobos cant read the card. Also its a wireless adapter. I lost the install disc ages ago so i downloaded the v4.3 driver. I installed it and put in the card. After restarting, Windows detects it and asks me...

Coumpter Automatically Restarts even after Reformat
