HSF that will fit a GA-EP45-UD3R

I used a tuniq tower 120 on my UD3R - it almost fits ;), I just had to dremel off two bits off of the I-bracket (bits that stuck out for screw holes not used on the intel boards). very very quiet - moderate oc (400fsb, e8600). the fan is on mobo control, almost never nudges off of low...

What's the best quality RAM?

Hey Zoinks - I have that 4GB kit (2 x 2Gb) kit in one of my desktops atm and have been very happy with it - CAS4 DDR2-800 at only 1.9V. edit: Doh! It was $50 when I bought it, but it's up to $75 now!
