What would you do with 6 -U320 146G HD's?

You have 80 pin hot-swap SCSI drives and the enclosure is for 68 pin SCSI drives. It's not going to work unless you have an adapter for each drive, or you get an enclosure for 80 pin drives.

Have you checked your motherboard for bulging capacitors or called Dell? I've had a number of Optiplex GX270 with problems that were more or less caused by bad capacitors. The issue with the Optiplex GX270 and bad capacitor is pretty well known.

No PS2 on my PC - is a PCI card mouse adapter available??

Dell charges an extra 6-8 dollars to get ps2 ports on the Optiplex GX280 in the form of a ps2 and serial port card. It plugs into a special connector on the motherboard and takes up a pci slot. It may look different depending on which form-factor Optiplex GX280 you get.

Who thinks Panasonic CD players are good?

I also have a CT570 and it's still running great even after 3 years. Originally, I was going to get a Sony but after testing it out in the store it was a no brainer for the price I paid. Just too bad they don't make them anymore.
