The only thing I would change is the HD brand, otherwise everything else looks great. Seagate would be my first choice and Western Digital if budget is tight, but you do not appear to have that problem.

Modular PSU w/ dual 12v?

Relatively speaking, they're just as crappy as they ever were. ;) To answer your mem question, yes Intel mobo can run "dual-channel" memory but I think you may be confusing with another common phrase, "running in dual-channel mode" when refering to AMD mobo with Socket 939 chipset running...

Modular PSU w/ dual 12v?

If you are looking for a PSU that is entirely modular you wont find one from Antec. Thermaltake has a 500W that is close. It's the purepower series. Click here to check the specs/price on newegg. Although I must say that thermaltake, in general, is very low down on my list of quality PSU...
