My recommendation would be by the time you add in the cost of an aftermarket heat sink, you'll be up to the 90-100 range, where you can do better. 7600gt or similar.

The trainer won't mess up the game, but it is for single player only. Online use would be cheating. And, (insert parent voice here) you have to be careful with the trainer or it will just ruin the game.

19" Sceptre is $35 cheaper (15 rebate), 20" Sceptre is same price (30 rebate). Viewsonic is a better brand but Costco's return policy helps with that. I'd say go for the 20" if for no other reason because 1400x900 is a pretty new/odd resolution. Any problems at all with an online order only...

I don't it's so much that it's wobbly, it's that even at the most downward tilt setting the monitor is still a little tilted up. Sitting further away and using a keyboard tray means alot of times the monitor needs to be level or even angled down a tad.
