I think I should RMA the video card, but I want to be sure

What are the safe temperatures in the 6800GT's? I've read anywhere from 70's to 100's (Celsius). Even 70's sound scary to me. My Leadtek 6800GT goes up to the high 70's I think, but I don't experience the problems the original posted stated (yet). Granted, I've only have it for about 2 months.

Has Anyone seen a 1T vs. 2T command rate thread for A64's?

It really depends on the individual machine and how much overclocking is involved. If you can get more mhz out of your overclock with 2T, then go for it. In my situation, putting it at 2T does not yield a better overclock as I believe my cpu has hit a ceiling. I'll definitely be running...

I think you should be fine keeping the volts at 3.0-3.1 or less. The ram is rated to run 2.5-3-3-7 at 200mhz at default volts (2.6 I think), and only warrantied through OCZ at default volts since they are untested. (The tested ones are warrantied up to 3.5volts... but cost about 40-50 more)...

AMD 3700 SD vs 3800 Venice

What Cheesepoofs said. If you plan to overclock, I think the 3700 is a better deal. Assuming they hit the same overclock (for arguments sake), a 2.6ghz 1meg L2 > 2.6ghz 512k L2, although by a small margin. Probably 2-3%. I don't know what the price difference is between these 2 cpu's...
