Does this game exist?

Is there something out there that is similar to X-Com (turn based tactical combat) that has a PvE co-op mode? Preferably something where each person has their own small squad, with LAN co-op (but an online mode that supports playing with only who I want would work), and/or that has come out...

Bioshock Infinite: Burial at Sea Part II now out

This is the exact same position I found myself in when starting Burial at Sea. I stopped about 10 minutes in and went back to finish Bioshock 1. I'm now about 80% done with Bioshock 2 (which I picked up cheap during a steam sale). Once I finish it, I'll go back and play the Burial at Sea...
