I played a lot of 64 man metro map on BF3 which I actually found fun. The CONSTANT explosions and gunfire in those tight quarters coming out of a big living room 5.1 setup is just insane.
There is a calculator out now for FM4 that is pretty nice. I use it to get a baseline tune and then do a little tweaking from there when I have time. Unfortunately the forza forums are down right now. This is the link to the thread on the official forums...
When you say same car do you mean all same upgrades or all same upgrades and identical tune?
I haven't fired up the game so I don't know what parts it has but i would like to set the suspension and diffs up to my liking if it has the parts that allow it.
It's my personal preference that a parts list be provided so that we all can adjust suspension, downforce, and differential settings as allowed by the parts used to suit individual driving styles and tastes if desired.
I like spec races but strongly prefer to be able to set the car up myself...
Are garage club garage cars' tunes editable? I don't think they are but I could be wrong.
If they are not can we have a parts list so that I may build my own and set the car up for myself?
It was actually tuned for racing, except the ride height was maxed out. I lowered all the way and took it online for a few races and finished mid pack against a bunch of celicas and other 4 bangers at mugello short and sunset peninsula
PSA:
If you insist on upgrading your hummer to C425 and taking her out to see what she'll do DO NOT jack the ground clearance up to 19 inches to preserve that offroad look,
You can make a ton of credits by sandbagging in rivals mode. Get a quick enough lap time to be in the 100k range then just sort the rivals list by "near me[lap time]" and keep beating each guy by a little bit and select the next. I was doing this at the 100,000 and 150,000cr level times boom two...
I'm working 7 on 7 off right now so I can probably make it every other week. I'm excited that they're supporting up to 16 cars now. 6 or 8 was often a drag.
This is my on week but I did pick up a copy today.
Get a fwd and a set of blizzaks, or firestone winterforces on the cheap. Ford focus or fusion, chevy impala, malibu, or cobalt. Pontiac vibe fwd.
If you're going with steelies get a smaller diameter and higher profile tire with a slightly thinner section width to maximize traction.
