I have about 105k. I think there is a possibility that I may have been riding on bad struts for about 10K, so that is why I am kind of paranoid. I do not beat the crap oput of my car, but I have been on some pretty bumpy roads.

My mazda3 needs to get struts replaced. How do I know if my springs needs to replaced along with the strut? I am bringing it to a mechanic. I bought the struts (all 4) with the mounts. I wanted the mechanics opinion. He said It does not look like it, but you cannot be to sure until you take the...

Holy Bojangles! T Mobiles new 4G monthly plan is kittys backside!

I have tmobile...When I first got 4G, the speeds were great....but ever since, i have seen nothing but a decline in speed.

Android phones and cars with "iPhone" inputs

I would imagine that there is some soul out there that would take the time to create an interface with the iphone on the Android. If it is not done yet, it will be done soon. After all, if it id just the USb interface, it is just going to be software that differentiates it....

yeah, that is what I did in college. I got into some hospital bill and never paid it. It went to collections and I did the, "Send me proof it is mine". They could not send me proof and they stopped after that. Sleazy, yeah, but i was a dumb college kid back then.

Dear job seekers - the proper format for a resume is not

I do not care what format it is on. All i care about is if it is readable. If I get a text file, I better be able to open it and just get everything laid out neatly. The fanciest thing I would expect are asterisks to show me the different subheadings. I HATE it when people submit these resumes...

http://arduino.cc/en/Reference/Abs This is kind of dumb. My coworker found this today. His code kept going in circles and doing nothing. Not sure why you would return it that way, or even why you would even need a function to compute it.....

Dude, you are talking to an EE. If you do not understand about power being reflected back to the source, then you should not even be discussing it. Ohms's law is just the basis of all circuits, but when AC is involved, you have to take into account more than just v=ir.

Speaker impedance

It is all about impedance matching. If you have a low output impedance, then having in even lower input impedance will result in overdriving. If you put a higher input impedance at the load, all the power will not be absorbed by the load and the excess not absorbed gets reflected back. Also...

I am getting sick of this tipping entitlement...

The bill ended up being $18. I had $20 and a quarter on me, so I just gave them that instead of charging it. So what happens? The boss chased me down to say I did not tip 15%. I mean, OK, it's 50 cents dude...I really did not think you would mind.... So, fine, he wants the 15%? I demand my cash...

Have you ever bought a replacement electric shaver and thought "this is much better"?

At the end of the day, nothing beats a standard razor. That said, it is hard to argue with not using shaving cream and not having to deal with the accidental cut.
