My Daughter is ordering one because she likes mine and it is a great price. Little problem, she called them and it does not include the case/sleeve that should be included. There isn't any mention in their add that it isn't included, I wonder if it comes with a battery sic.

So slow?

Thanks for the help. He has 2 slots with a 2 gig max. I think that 2 gig will be the best bet for now. Gil

So slow?

My best friend bought an E-Machine about a year ago and it is the slowest POS I have seen since the 386 days. It is running Vista Home (I think) with 512mb and a Celoron D 3.5 gig CPU. How much ram would be needed just to speed it up some? Any other comments welcome Thanks Gil

[Retired] The LCD Thread

I was at BJs today and they had a few HDTVs that had a PC input. Does anyone know if they are any good for use as a monitor? I don't play games. All I need is something that will be good enough for the web and other programs like Quicken.

RF Modulator

The signal from the U-verse cable box is digital and the RF has to be added to it with a RF modulator. Then my old sets will be able to display a picture and sound. The old game machines only had a digital signal so they needed to have a modulator. My system works well now because one of the...
