Laptop won't turn on

You may have the same problem I had with mine, basically the solder joint for the power connector on the motherboard broke and was not contacting the trace on the motherboard. This involves complete disassembly of the laptop, which is not too hard. And then resolder the 3 pin power connector.

To all you SLI Fans..

its amazing how much you dont know about the cpu bottle necks in lower resolutions. the power in higher resolutions where the cpu is not the bottle neck is worth it if you like to play in super high resolutions. and its not double, they stated anywhere from 70-100 percent.

has a 3 pin connector, you pick on most sites which tail to use.

I've been up and running for a few weeks with this board and I'm glad I held out for it and didnt jump on the MSI bandwagon =) seems stable andwas a breeze to setup.

yea thats what i was thinking was just confirming to see if there was a specific reason to use alcohol. got tons of the carb cleaner so I didn't want to waste 10 bucks or whatever Thanks, any more reassurance will make me feel better lol so feel free to chime in

yea, I was looking forward to the MSI Neo2 but people are getting mixed results. I have been happy with my 8kHA+ so I will continue using epox if I can.
