1 GB DDR module prices

Right now, 512 MB modules seem to be in the price sweetspot. When can we expect 1 GB modules to drop in price? Right now where I live, 1 GB modules are about 33% more expensive than two 512 MB modules.

The Auto Pact was the predecessor of NAFTA and the Canada-US FTA. Ontario's auto and auto parts workers are likely no better off than they were before NAFTA because the Auto Pact existed prior to that. Actually, they may be worse off because Toyota and Honda recently got the Auto Pact nullified...

Perhaps. But I'll tell you what. There is heated and innovative competition going on right now between OS X applications of which there aren't even any win32 equivalents. For instance, Launchbar and Quicksilver are duking it out feature for feature in an application space that win32 users...

Judging from the comments, I think some of you are missing the other benchmark results there. The G5 only slaughters the competition in the first benchmark. The Athlon 64 and the G5 trade top spots in the remainder of the results. When you open the results page, there are 5 buttons "Lorentz"...

PowerBook 12.1

Celeron, Did you use the iBook G3 or iBook G4? Even though the look has been retained, I have heard the iBook G4 has a nicer keyboard that is closer to the feel of the Powerbook. I haven't tried it myself. But if you were using the iBook G3, it definitely has a flimsier feel to the keyboard.

PowerBook 12.1

It is looking like there will be one final generation of Powerbook G4s before we see a Powerbook G5. That being said, I really do sense that a Powerbook G5 will at the very least be announced sometime in 2004. There are some pros and cons to purchasing a Powerbook G4 at this point in its life...

Bought an original iMac, couple questions.

I hate to break it to you, but your iMac probably runs an OS that is entirely different than what would ship on a new Powerbook. We're not talking the same type of difference between say Windows XP and Windows 95, but Windows XP and Windows 3.1. That iMac probably has OS 8 or OS 9 on it. There...

You're right, there was a problem between the seat and calculator on my end:D I'm gonna erase my post above so as not to confuse anyone! Here's a hint at what I did by accident. Do 9200?3 and then forget about solving the rest of the question when the expected answer is close enough to that...
