It's approaching the last few days of the KickStarter (it's funded, but there are some really cool stretch goals yet to be reached), so if you haven't already, try out the demo and if you like it, back if you can! =) Would link but KS links aren't allowed - easily findable tho'!

Very enjoyable interview - I like that they seem very passionate, but with a clear idea of what they want to do and staying realistic instead of promising things they don't think they can commit to right now (like VR).

No problem, ControlD! I remember a few years back looking into it and getting super depressed because it really seemed System Shock was lost in a limbo between EA and that insurance company and there'd never be another. So glad that didn't turn out to be the case and the license is in hands...

ControlD, I believe that's outdated information. EA let the System Shock license lapse (thank the maker!) after a dispute with the other IP property owner, Meadowbrook Insurance, a subsidiary of Star Insurance, and Nightdive swooped in and acquired it (I believe they have everything now). =)...

How bad a no-no is it to run a lower resolution on a monitor these days?

Cool thanks all! Aspect ratio's perfect at 1920x1080 (same as that of native's 1920x1440) and I really, truly can't notice any perceptible blurriness issues after using it this way for a few days (versus a few weeks using it at native), so I think I'll stick with this and game at native when...
