OEM Ford part to replaced the 80's Dodge fusible links, $20 from junkyard. OEM automotive grade stuff, ie heat proof, shock proof, dust proof, tested for the rated current, etc.
When I got my 2000 Insight, I replace the stock seats with RX8 seats since those were better than stock. I got the RX8 seats because they were cheap and available. (two tone seat is stock, and dark seat with triangle hole is RX8 seat)
For a while, they were good. But then age got to them...
You may want to check your control arms.

If you call to make an appointment, then showed up to check out the car, then ask if you can make an offer, then make a firm offer of 10k. That perfectly acceptable.
