More than 500W PSU for Shuttle SX79R5?

You are not FORCED to use Windows 8. Just go back to Windows 7 or whatever you prefer till the Modern UI is polished enough.

Ehm, why don't you just pin them on your Start Screen? The apps can be uninstalled/unpinned. There is All Programs on Start Screen too. Also, there are more spaces for your regularly used programs/shortcuts on the Start Screen (as in Windows 8.1) compared to the old Start Menu.
