The AT Battlefield Bad Company 2 F.A.Q.

Check your in-game ping. It's probably about 200 (or above)... you have described what happens to me when my ping is near those levels.

Fallout 3?

A big appeal of F3 is the exploration, story, and decisions you make along the way. Just watching someone walk through a mostly deserted landscape is not a good way to get a feel for the game.

Worth going from 280 FTW to 285 FTW?

I'm a GTX280 user, and I'll wait until the GT300b (with Direct X 11) in Q4 before I upgrade again. If you upgrade now, you will be paying a lot for no noticeable difference, and when dx11 comes you would want to upgrade again.

3 weeks until Empire Total War!!

From the previous Total War? (Medieval 2) - New graphics engine - Naval battles - AI modifications / gameplay refinements - Napoleonic era! The game actually looks good. And knowing Creative Assembly, the gameplay would be so addictive that 10 hours playing the game would seem...

Dogs aren't nearly as annoying as the helicopter in COD4. The dogs I can kill rather easily unless they surprise me from behind... the helicopter in COD4 is just too powerful.

Quake Live

Man, I never last more than a few seconds alive. If I see anyone I'm dead in less than a second... crazy. I guess since I never played Quake before a lot of people have an advantage over me.

Anyone exctied about Empire: Total War???

Well, I just got it yesterday and I have Rome: TW already installed. You have to click on the game offer (E:TW) and scroll down and it will say that it comes with R:TW for free. It is not apparently visible, but it is there.
