Really Loud Dell Precision 450s?

I've purchased 2 used Dell Precision 450s with dual 2.8 GHZ Xeon processors and 2 GBs of RAM off fleabay. I'd really like to replace my daily pc which is a P4 2.8 GHZ BM Thinkcentre with one of the Precisions. But I've noticed that the Precisions are really loud once they're up and running...

What's a good *price*/deal for a WD 80 gb External USB hard drive?

I need one of these. They're going for anywhere from $65-$75 + another $10-$20 for shipping on eBay. I've noticed that most of the sellers have removed the UPC for rebate purposes, but I can't find any deals (current or expired) for these. I know a good price for Internal hard drives is 50-70...
