They're both pcie x16, and theres 2 slots. Theyre spaced apart enough, it shouldn't be a problem. Why do you think so?

Well, it's pretty cheap and I don't feel like saving $50 or whatever in order to deal with legacy technology. I guess I may consider OC, but not up to the point where it would effect stability. I'd probably add on a zalman to the CPU if I were to OC. Also will probably slide in a floppy...
