Here's a screenshot to answer some of your questions. I remounted the cpu in the socket and heatsink 4 times 4 different ways. Nothing changed. I've confirmed nothing is throttling and this is probably just a reporting error. I'm running H13SSL-N + 9654 in desktop chassis using Silverstone...

Apparently we all have the 100C+ tctl/tdie. That's good info though - happening with 1.6 and windows only. You haven't done anything wrong to your cpu or bad mount.

exactly.... also, i haven't seen anyone point out that a 4.4 ghz IB can be passively cooled under a prime95 load...

ok so i guess FPS is correct, but the kb/s is nearly identical for everyone... must be a bug... should not even include that figure anyhow, FPS is all we need

The cpu usage is normal for x264, but the pass 2 FPS and kb/s numbers don't add up between your run and mine...
