good software to clean hard drive

I am selling my laptop, and I am transfering to other storage the documents that I need. I am concerned about my banking stuff (I do all banking online, plus I use MS Money)... By simply deleting the files, as far as I know they are still kept in the hard drive. Is there a way I can...

What's your favorite cookie?

Whenever I visit family outside the US I buy a brand called "Choco-chip" from Nabisco... I cant seem to find them in the US... anyway.... thats my all time favorite..... cookies are the best...

Good tv tuner card for laptop...

need software to remove broken/damaged files

one was a .cvs or .csv file... like an excel type of file with statistical info.... the other was an mp3 song... both in the same folder in my documents.... I ran norton, and spyware doctor full scans.. nothing... I simply saved all I could from the folder, and deleted the rest... I know it...

I have a wireless D-Link network in my house, runs fine. I want to share the printer(hooked to the desktop) so that the other 3 laptops can print thru the desktop. I dont know much about networking... so will buying this software do?.. or am I missing something... key part is to get the...

which dvd+\- cdrw software?

I have Sonic.. I tried Clone DVD and apparently neither can simple make a data dvd. Here is the situation.... I have .avi movies (3 of 700 mb each)... so I want to burn this 3 files on a dvd, I dont want to play the files on a dvd player(i most likely couldnt) all I want is to be able to take...

Should I start D2 again...

D2..... so much fun for so many afternoons..... what ever happened to my player files?..... i wonder.... but if i could find them... with the internet connection I have now... I would play online like back then.... Stay away from the dark side... unless you really have a LOT of time to kill...
