I saw a Jasper 360 Arcade in a Fry's in SoCal (on La Palma). They had a couple of 842X FDOU systems, but alas, no Jasper Pros. Does anyone know of a spot with comfirmed sightings in Orange County?

Fry's in Anaheim has plenty of 840Xs in stock, although most are behind the cashier. I can't wait much longer, if nothing is definitive by Tur-Duck-in day I'm taking my chances.

I thought you were joking, but you were absolutely right. I ordered monday, nothing happened yesterday, but it was sitting on more doorstep this morning. I know it didn't come last night since i got home at 1am. Wow. I thought these things shipped from NJ? I live in Orange County.

Good to hear. Hopefully i will also receive cables. ImpalaSS99, I've heard that it comes with thin wire, but i don't know the gauge. I've read of people upgrading to 16AWG with it being the thickest that the speaker posts will take. Is it worth it to upgrade? Too bad mono is out of...

I thought the refurbs did not come with speaker wires. That's what their site says. I'm not complaining though... that will save me another $30 bucks for 16 AWG wire from Frys. Incidently, did anyone purchase thicker speaker wire and if so was it worth it? If the refurb doesn't come with wire...

I've been looking at a refurbed unit also. My current total from Onkyo online is 317 shipped. But these systems don't come with speaker wire, correct? Vann's usually has the combo with the speaker stands, which do cost about $50, but it comes and goes and right now they aren't offering it...
