Distorted S-Video output from GeForce 6200

Yea I am sure...because the TV displayed the S-video signal fine from the Radeon 8500, same S-video cable as well. The computer is grounded...I even bypassed the power strip and plugged it right into the wall, and still nothing. Perhaps an old crappy PSU could be causing these problems?

Yes, tried changing the refresh rate...no difference. The S-video goes to a crappy 27" Daewoo TV, but its never had these problems with anything else

I have tried different s-video cables, and isolating the chord from power sources and what not has no effect. What it comes down to in this case, is that the same cable works fine with the Radeon 8500. Thanks for the suggestion tho.

bumpage Oh...it works if I hook the other monitor up with a VGA cable...but why would I wanna do that???

Yes I am using DVI cables for both. Using ForceWare 77.77 WHQL Before I was using Tweaks-R-Us 77.76 and had the same problemes.

Ok, I got these two monitors, and I must say they look pretty sweet next to each other. But I have a feeling they'd look more sweet if more than one worked at a time. Basicly...what seems to be the problem, the Nvidia ForceWare drivers seem to detect one of my monitors as an anaolge monitor...

Only use IE when you absoulty have to. That is for Windows Update, or the few sites that are unuseable in anything but IE (some sites might not render correctly in Firefox or Opera but are still perfectly useable, only a rare few are unuseable) For Firefox there is a simple plugin called...

pci adapter? there's such thing???

It's clearly possible to convert PCI-E to AGP and vice-versa. NVIDIA does it all the time with a bridge chip. But if you want a general purpose adapter, I've never seen one. It might be more complicated than simply changing pin order and what not. And even then you'd have a video card that sits...

I have a 6800 GT OC as well. I run WoW at 1600x1200 all details max -glow. I've found that the glow effect adds more jaggies and produces an image that looks like it was renderd on a much lower resolution. I generly get 60fps however when rotating over a detailed landscape such as a town or city...

Looking to get the Lian-Li PC-V1200B plus this weekend.

I have the v1200 and like it a lot. It of course works with any power supply quite well tho a bottom feeding 120mm psu would seem to work the best. I think it is the best looking Lian Li case. It is billed as quiet but the case alone will not make your computer quiet. You still need quiet fans...
