Loud Epox 9NDA3J chipset fan....help!

I had the same problem with my chipset fan but now it hardly makes any noice at all. It just stopped 'burring' one afternoon :)

Weird driverproblems with my Asus 5900!

I have a big problem with my Asus V9900 (FX5900) and drivers above 53.06. All drivers above 53.06 makes my card behave sluggish and with very poor performance. I've ruled out the temps (65c@450/950) by, ofcourse, running the card at default speeds and various o/c speeds. I'm using 53.06 now...

yeah, i've been looking at that one. Wasn't sure if it would handle the nforce3 chip when overclocked. I'm going for the ZM-NB47J then :) Thanks for the reply ninnuam

EP-9nda3j chipset cooling issues

Hi, upgraded to the current setup a few weeks ago. Yesterday my chipsetfan started to make noice, although not very loud, I know it will be :) So, my question is, what passive/active cooling do you guys recommend for the chipset? It must be able to handle some overclocking. Cheers ninnuam

which is better nf3skt 754 or nf3skt939

You could go with your s754 setup for a while but if you want to have the option to toss in a dual core A64 in your system when available, then you should go 939. But as of now I see no reason for you to change system right now. Wait a month or two for prizes to drop and dual cores to come out ;)

EPoX 9NDA3J issues

I use slot 1 & 2, 1T 2.0-3-3-7... no issues at all. Only issue I've had this far was problems with the IDE channels but they fixed themselfes somehow :) But now everything runs smooth, and with stock cooling and a 3000+ winnie at 250x9 HT x4 and temps 33/38 I'm happy as a bee :)

hmm weird... I am using Kingston HyperX PC3500 (slot 1&2) on my Epox 9NDA3J and I have not fiddled with the volts or anything (the cpu is at 1.4-something) and oc to 2025MHz (from 3000+). The only thing Im having a problem with is that the ide channel drivers for nf3 doesnt seem to be correct...

Hardrive issues with 9NDA3J

Hi, I just got my A64 3000+ and Epox 9NDA3J. I installed the 5.10 nf2/nf3 drivers but im having problems with the ide drivers (both with and without nv ide sw driver) everytime i boot into windows a message popups and tells me that the drivers for harddrives are not intended for this...

6800LE needs how much power?

Hi, Im thinking of upgrading from my asus 5900 to a 6800LE AGP. Now, I wonder if I can use it with my 350W Enermax Whisper PSU? xp2500+@3000+ 8rda+ 1xcd-rw 2xharddrives 350W enermax whisper and a couple of fans
