Keeper of The Passwords Died

We have more than one Doman Admin account for our LAN, to which only a select few know of as well. And as such we've never had a problem with any of our admin accounts being inaccessible. Something you might want to pass on.

Full disk encryption product recommendations

We use True Crypt on our thumb drives but I don't have too much experience with True Crypt. We use Check Point (formerly Pointsec) on our laptops. Depending on the size of the hd and the processor, it can take a while to encrypt the data with Check Point but so far it seems to work great...

Help !! Challenge Question re: Win Server 2003 !

What is the purpose of this server? Is it a file server, domain controller? Considering its been set up with RAID 5 it sounds like it might be a file server of some sort or a db server. You should consider a plan B should something go wrong with your plan A. Back up any and all important files...

Possible to close or kill an application/process from another machine on the LAN?

Couldn't you just remote into the PC that has the app. running and close it? If not, if these are Windows boxes you can use PsTools. Its takes a little learning to use but works great if you want transparent interaction.

Nice, relaxing PC games?

LoL. So true... I recently bought Tomb Raider: Underworld. I'm about half-way through with the campaign. I am actually surprised at how fun it is. The Thailand level is just awesome. For 20 bux, its definitely a bargain.
