Aftermarket Cooler for Radeon 6950 2gb?

Cool, good to know. I do have a TT Pro hanging around, but was paranoid after I had a 4870 die due to bad adhesion on the heatsinks. I'm going to pick up some Enzotech heatsinks and try out the TT Pro once I pick up a 4950.

I seem to remember that for older xx50 cards, you could leave the base of the stock cooler attached to the card. You just removed the shroud, fan and GPU sink, but the metal base stayed on to cool the VRAM and voltage regulators. Does anyone know if this is possible with the 6950? I ask because...

If you want to use your second drive for your user data, you can copy/paste all of your C:/Users/<username>/ folders (My Documents, etc.) to the other drive. Then right click each of the above folders, click on the Location tab, and enter the new location of the folder. I recreated the folders...

why can't STEAM remember your birthdate?

It is a bit annoying since you're already logged in to a system that knows your birthdate, but since it's more of a legal thing, so they might not have a choice. At least Gamevideos (I think?) was smart enough to just put a single drop-down with "age", instead of a full date, realizing fully...

EVGA 8800GTS 640mb - Keep it or move on to something new??

I have to say that I don't really understand why people would bother to go to an achievement server when the Pyro achievements are so easy to get in regular play. I got the Axtinguisher in only three days of regular Pyro play, and that's on my favorite servers which restrict the class to three...
