BIOS question

Greetings, I just swapped my MOBO and clean installed Vista 64. Before installing the OS, I changed the BIOS settings to boot from the DVD drive. Now that Vista is installed, should I go back into BIOS and switch the boot priority to Hard Disk Drive again? Thanks!

Need help with BIOS

Thanks for the reply. So I set BIOS to boot from the DVD drive rather than the C: Drive and then do I exit BIOS before inserting the OS disk?

What RAM should I get?

Greetings, Currently I have two 2GB sticks of DDR2 OCZ Platnium 6400. My system wouldn't post so I took one of the sticks out and it posted. So perhaps the RAM is bad. Is OCZ a bad choice? What RAM is most compatible with the P5Q Deluxe? My goal is to have 4GB of RAM. Thanks.

GTX 280 problem

The PSU came with my original Voodoo case and I'm guessing it's manufactured by Voodoo. It has a continuous output of 650W. My system specs: ASUS P5Q Deluxe Intel Core 2 Duo E8600 2 X 2GB OCZ Platnium 6400 EVGA GTX 280 Voodoo 650W PSU

GTX 280 problem

Yes, and that may be the problem. My current PSU does not have a native 8-pin connector. So I am using the 6-pin to 8-pin adapter cable that was supplied with the video card. I am wondering if this could be causing the problem.

GTX 280 problem

I've just installed a EVGA GTX 280 in my system and I'm running into a problem. I power the system on and the GPU's fan does not spin. There is a red light on the GPU as well. There is power going to the MOBO and the CPU fan is spinning. Could this be a PSU problem? Thanks.
