Internet Speed Troubleshooting

Yes, I've got a bunch of computers. But, the only ones that are typically plugged in and running are: my desktop, my wife's laptop, and my Windows Home Server. Then, also two phones, a tablet, and a game console on WiFi. I'll ask my wife later how the laptop is working (that's on WiFi)...

Need Help: MP4 to DVD-Video

I'm trying to burn video DVDs of shows recorded off my TiVo. I bought the upgrade from the free TiVo Desktop software to TiVo Desktop Plus. Supposedly, that should have allowed me to burn DVDs like I want to. But, all I can seem to do with that is convert the files from .tivo to .mp4. So, how...

Are any of the free programs not malware? Any personal recommendations for a good one? Also, is it seriously not possible to just export the email using Entourage and import the email using Outlook?

ERROR: "Display driver stopped responding..."

So I fixed the problem... in a way... by throwing money at it. I bought and installed a ATI Radeon HD 6450 1GB GPU. It works great, as I assume it bypasses all issues involving the Intel HD 4000 integrated graphics. Oh well, at least the computer runs fine now!

Someone, please explain how to move email from MS Entourage 2008 for Mac to MS Outlook 2010 for PC. It seems to me like Entourage's .mbox format is incompatible with Outlook. However, I can't believe that Microsoft wouldn't let its own software work together.

Oh, and the memory claims it needs 1.5V, which the BIOS was already set to. Also, the timings (9-9-9-24) were already fine in the BIOS, too. It is just the speed that isn't where I want it.

Ok, so in the BIOS the memory multiplier was set to "Auto" and I changed it to "16" which made another field read 1600MHz. Feeling that I had accomplished my task, I saved and quit. The computer booted fine, but CPU-Z still tells me that I'm only running at 1333MHz. So, back to the BIOS. I then...

Sound Bar Recommendation?

Ideally, I really don't want this sound bar to have its own volume control. I just want it to behave like a passive, un-powered speaker. I want to use my receiver to control the volume of my home theater. Perhaps I shouldn't be looking for a sound bar, then? Maybe just a center channel speaker...

Sound Bar Recommendation?

I will have a separate sub-woofer from the sound bar. I currently have a nice sub that I've borrowed from a family member. If I don't find anything new in that department, I could keep borrowing it. Otherwise, I'll return it to them and buy a new sub. However, I feel I understand subs enough...

I've got the second-most recent BIOS version. I don't think it is worth flashing the BIOS, though. The BIOS already has tools to tweak the memory speed, as it is.

Sound Bar Recommendation?

Right, that's what I was looking at initially. But, it seems to be some sort of odd hybrid between a speaker and an AV receiver. I JUST want this thing to be a speaker (or several speakers in one). I've already got a nice (ok, nice enough) receiver!
