What is the "frame rate" of a human eye?

Which oscilloscope?

Being an EE, I've used Agilent/HP, Tektronix, LeCroy, Hitachi, my Dad's BK Precision, and a variety of others. I'd always take an Tek over an Agilent/HP, unless I was doing just digital stuff. That said, LeCroy makes some nice scopes. I'd avoid the Tek 22xx series, unless they were cheap...

Ah, I see now. At the prices, it makes sense, however they did test them, as well as abused the L-Prize bulb fairly throughly. Maybe a Polyfuse would make sense. Using a replaceable fuse might add too much cost. I updated the review, added shots of the Home Depot "Consumer" Blister...

Thanks for the kudos. The 2,000 to 4,000 hours is based on if that capacitor is running at 130 degrees C. It is probably at 50C, which would put it's lifetime around 128,000 hours. This isn't one of those junk capacitors your find in most failing CFL bulbs, motherboards, and computer...

Why is my home network so slow at moving files around?

If cross-over cables work with Gigabit Ethernet, I'd be tempted to go direct, machine to machine, which would take out all of the ambiguous/questionable stuff and narrow it down to the PC's involved and nothing else.
