how much data do you need?
Tmobile has no contracts. You should check out Tmobile's tablet plans. 2gb data for $20. 6gb for $35 (includes binge-on and data stash).
There is also the $30 prepaid plan. 100min, unlimited texts, and 5gb data.

For what it's worth about the memory management issues. You can allow more background apps to stay in memory by changing a value in the build.prop file. Root is required for this, but it's a piece of cake to do on the OP3. There is an all-in-one toolkit already...
Sweech File Transfer works great
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sweech
EDIT: Forgot to mention that after 100mb, the transfer speed is throttled to 100kbps unless you get the premium version ($2 and change). So this won't work if you're looking for a free method.

Though I second sbpromani's suggestion on trying to find a different LED book light that you might like. LED is just superior to...
IMO the wording of the question is beyond ambiguous. It's flat out wrong or misleading. If I am taking a standardized test without a way to argue my case then yes, i'd pick the answer that I think the test maker is trying to get to. However, in this case, I think all of the answer choices are...
A good word math problem should not be intentionally misleading or ambiguous. I think it's fine to give superfluous information or give information in a different way that requires the student to synthesize an solution method based on their understanding rather just plug and chug the equation...
I wonder if it's worth it for the student to fight for those few points in that case. I would not be surprised if the original teacher would feel insulted that you went over their head and made the teacher look bad. It might end up hurting the student in the long run if the teacher is spiteful...
1) Hm. That's just way the I would interpret the statement.
"The probability that a dessert containing chocolate also contains nuts is 30%."
It's the word 'containing'. I don't know the exact grammar rules, but to me, the word 'containing' makes it seem like we're talking about just about...
I think the main disagreement between Humpy and everyone else is actually originates in the second sentence.
"The probability that a dessert containing chocolate also contains nuts is 30%."
Let there be 100 donuts and 86 of them are chocolate donuts.
1) one way (Humpy's way) is to...
I agree, though it's possible that this question is just the first question in a series of questions. For example, I could see the next question being: Assume 20% of the non-chocolate sweets also contain nuts, what's the probability of the the sweet contain nuts given that it contains chocolate...
Before you go through all of that work, you should try to see if other tethering apps will work.

Hm... What amperage does the HTC One say it's receiving when charging? Could it be just that the flex 2 has a much bigger battery than the HTC One so that's why it's charging slower? The LG Flex 2 has a 3000mah battery while the HTC One (assuming M7) has a 2300mah battery. That doesn't quite...
The Asrock motherboard fast charging port is only designed for apple products.
http://asrock.com/feature/appcharger/index.asp The application is called 'The best Apple charge companion' for a reason.
So you're stuck with 500ma current of the usb port since the LG Flex 2 is not able to...
Another possible explanation is that if you're charging in the car, there's a better chance that you're using the phone for music streaming or navigation. So you could be blowing through the first 10 or 20% of the battery charge without really thinking about it.
